Note:
Відповідно до п.8 ч.4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п.13.3 Договору № 130-Т від 02.07.2019 р., Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити суму Договору на суму, що не перевищує 20% (відсотків) від суми Договору, визначеної в п. 6.1. Договору, а саме на 37371,78 гривень, в т.ч. ПДВ (20%): 6228,63 гривень.
У зв’язку з чим Сторони вирішили:
3. Другий абзац пункту 6.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
«Загальна вартість цього Договору складає: 224301,06 гривнi, в т.ч. ПДВ (20%): 37383,51 гривнi»
