Сторони домовились продовжити строк дії Договору згідно ч.5 ст.36 Закону України від 25 грудня 2015 року №922-VIII "Про публічні закупівлі" та викласти п.11.1 Договору у наступній редакції:" Цей Договір набуває чинності з моменту його укладання і діє протягом строку достатнього для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, але не більше ніж до 31.03.2020, а в частині гарантійних зобов'язань та проведення розрахунку - до повного виконання зобов'язань по ньому".

1. Доповнити п. 3.1. Договору абзацом 2 такого змісту: «Ціна цього договору на 2020 рік згідно з протоколом узгодження договірної ціни (Додаток 3) становить 80380,80 грн. (вісімдесят тисяч триста вісімдесят гривень 80 коп.) у тому числі ПДВ – 0 грн.». 2. Доповнити п. 5.1. Договору абзацом 2 такого змісту: «Термін надання послуг у 2020 році з 01.01.2020 по 29.02.2020 включно». 3. Викласти додаток 3 до договору в новій редакції.
