Improvement of the quality of the subject of procurement provided that such improvement will not lead to an increase in the amount specified in the contract
Extension of the contract term and fulfillment of obligations for transfer of goods, performance of works, provision of services in case of occurrence of documented objectively justified circumstances that caused such extension, including force majeure, delay in financing of customer's expenses, provided that such changes will not lead to an increase in the amount specified in the contract
Change of conditions due to extension of the contract term, sufficient for conducting procurement procedure at the beginning of the next year, in the amount not exceeding 20% of the amount specified in the contract made in the previous year, if expenses for these purposes are approved in the established order

Note:
Сторони уклали цю додаткову угоду до Договору №1-137 від 01.04.2021року про прокат транспортного засобу (надалі іменується "Договір") про наступне:
1. Пункт 2.1.3 виключити, та вважати що на момент укладання угоди даний пунк в розділ обов’язки наймодавця, включено помилково;
2. та п.2.1.5 викласти в новій редакції
«п.2.1.5 Забезпечувати повернення автомобіля Наймодавцю, які передаються Наймачеві у користування за цим Договором, після закінчення строку найму (користування) автомобіля, силами водіїв Хустського ВУВКГ»;
3. п.2.2.3 викласти в новій редакції
«п.2.2.3 Всі витрати, пов'язані із використанням автомобіля за призначенням, який передаються у користування Наймачеві за цим Договором, для підтримання його в справному стані, в тому числі: витрати на паливно-мастильні матеріали; ремонт автомобіля, заміна вузлів та агрегатів та інші необхідні роботи для підтримання автомобіля у справному стані; податки та інші платежі, які необхідні для цього, покласти на Хустське ВУВКГ (на наймача)».
4. Всі інші пункти Договору №1-137 від 01.04.2021року залишаються без змін.
5. Ця додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках по одній для кожної із сторін.
6. Умови цієї додаткової угоди, відповідно до умов ст.631 ЦКУ умови Договор (цієї додаткової угоди) застосовуються до відносин, що виникли з 01.04.2021 року.
7. Цією додатковою угодою сторони дійшли домовленості продовжити термін дії Договору №1-137 від 01.04.2021року ще на один рік до 31.12.2022року.
