Відповідно до Рішення виконавчого комітету Новокаховської міської ради Херсонської області № 549 від 28.10.2021 р. та пункту 2 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони дійшли згоди внести наступні зміни до договору №1 про закупівлю теплової енергії для потреб опалення та гарячого водопостачання за державні кошти від 26.01.2021 р. до пункту 3.2, 3.3 та викласти їх у наступній редакції: 3.2. Теплова енергія постачається Споживачу в обсязі 362,77 Гкал протягом 2021 року. Тариф (з ПДВ) 3685,82 грн. за Гкал з 01.11.2021
