Внести такі зміни до Договору:
"4.1. Ціна Договору збільшується на суму, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, а саме на 689 976,00 грн. (шістсот вісімдесят де'ять тисяч дев'ятсот сімдесят шість гривень 00 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ 114 996,00 грн. (сто чотирнадцять тисяч дев'ятсот дев'яносто шість гривень 00 копійок) та становить 4 139 856,00 грн. (чотири мільйони сто тридцять дев'ять тисяч вісімсот п'ятдесят шість гривень 00 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ 689 976,00 грн. (шістсот вісімдесят де'ять тисяч дев'ятсот сімдесят шість гривень 00 копійок)".
"6.1 Учасник зобов’язується у строки, визначені у Специфікації (Додаток №1 до цього Договору) здійснити поставку Товару до визначеного (визначених) у Специфікації місця (місць) поставки. Поставка всього обсягу Товару за цим Договором Замовнику Учасником повинна бути здійснена до 25.03.2020 р. (граничний термін)."
