Відповідно до листа Постачальника від 11.11.2020 № 1092, в якому зазначено, що препарат "НовоЕйт" (Фактор коагуляції крові VIII (рекомбінантний) 250 МО) виробляється у дозуванні 250 МО у флаконі, по одному флакону у картонній коробці, тому у Постачальника немає можливості поставити заявлену у договорі кількість одиниць - 493 957 МО, оскільки вона не кратна дозуванню одного флакону без залишку, Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити обсяг закупівлі продукції до 493 750 од. та загальної ціни продукції до 1 145 235 грн. 00 коп. та внести відповідні зміни до Договору, з урахуванням кратності упаковки.
