1. Керуючись п.8 ч.4 та ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» в редакції від 02.04.2020р., а також з урахуванням положень додаткової угоди № 2 від 30.12.2020р. до Договору, Сторони прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджені в установленому порядку.
2. Сума виконання договору, укладеного в попередньому році становить 102 000,00грн(сто дві тисячі грн 00коп.). Вартість цієї Додаткової угоди складає 20 400,00грн.(двадцять тисяч чотириста грн 00коп. ) в т.ч ПДВ 3400,00грн. згідно специфікації (Додаток 1),
