Extension of the contract term and fulfillment of obligations for transfer of goods, performance of works, provision of services in case of occurrence of documented objectively justified circumstances that caused such extension, including force majeure, delay in financing of customer's expenses, provided that such changes will not lead to an increase in the amount specified in the contract
Change of conditions due to extension of the contract term, sufficient for conducting procurement procedure at the beginning of the next year, in the amount not exceeding 20% of the amount specified in the contract made in the previous year, if expenses for these purposes are approved in the established order

Note:
Сторони уклали Додаткову угоду № 2 від 01.11.2019 року до Договору від 01.11.2018 № 9055014/1811000021 на постачання теплової енергії у гарячій воді, про наступне:
1. Пункт 8.1. Договору викласти в новій редакції: "Цей Договір набуває чинності з дня його підписання та діє до 01 березня 2021 року".
2. Додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту її підписання повноважними представниками Сторін та є невід'ємною частиною Договору.
3. Усі інші умови Договору від 01.11.2018 № 9055014/1811000021, не змінені Додатковою угодою, залишаються в силі.
4. Додаткову угоду укладено у двох оригінальних примірниках, що мають однакову юридичну силу по одному примірнику для кожної із Сторін.
