Note:
Згідно п. 1 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», 3.3.1, 11.1 до Договору №496 від 29 серпня 2018 року (далі по тексту – Договір), Сторони за взаємною згодою вирішили:
1.1. зменшити ціну Договору на 11561,28 грн ( одинадцять тисяч п’ятсот шістдесят одна грн. 28 коп.) та внести зміни до пункту 3.1. Договору і викласти його у наступній редакції:
3.1. Ціна цього договору становить 92244,72 грн. ( дев’яносто дві тисячі двісті сорок чотири грн. 72 коп.), ПДВ не передбачено.

(вісімнадцять тисяч грн. 00 коп.), що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, і викласти п. 3.1. Договору в наступній редакції:
– Ціна цього Договору становить 110244,72 грн. (сто десять тисяч двісті сорок чотири грн. 72 коп.), без ПДВ.
