В зв"язку з тим, що договір укладено у відповідності до Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України № 169 від 28.02.2022 року "Деякі питання здійснення оборонних та публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг в умовах воєнного стану", наказу МОЗ №451 від 09.03.2022 року, дія Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" не поширюється на дану закупівлі. У відповідності до додаткової угоди №2 до договору поставки 2230-49 від 24.06.2022 року було змінено ціну за 1 кг картоплі продовольчої з 11,00 грн на 17,00 грн. В зв"язку з цим збільшено суму договору на 18570,00 грн. П.10.1. договору викладено в новій редакції: "Цей договір вступає в силу з моменту підписання та діє до закінчення воєнного стану в Україні, в частині розрахунків - до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов"язань. В зв"язку з тим, що в електронній системі закупівлі відсутня можливість прописати строк дії договору словами, то замовником вказано до 31.12.2022 року. Крім того, причини додавання змін до договору вказані згідно Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі"
