У зв'язку з коливанням середньозваженої ціни за 1кВт*год, що склалась на ринку "на добу наперед", Сторони дійшли згоди:
1.1 П.п.4.1. п.4.1. "Ціна , порядок обліку і оплати електричної енергії" Договору викласти в новій редакції наступного змісту:
"4.1.1. Споживач розраховується з Постачальником за електричну енергію за ціною, яка з серпня 2021р.становить за 1 кВт*год. 3,18061 грн. без ПДВ та 3,81673 грн. з ПДВ(споживачі 2кл. напруги); за 1кВт*год. 1,40грн. без ПДВ та 1,68грн.з ПДВ (для потреб населення (гуртожитки)).
