4.4. У разі оплати з порушенням строків, визначених у Комерційної пропозиції №9, до Договору про постачання електричної енергії постаччальником універсальних послуг, до Сторони , яка здійснила несвоєчасну оплату, застосовується відповідальність, визначена умовами Комерційної пропозиції №9.
