Відповідно до п.2 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» № 922-VIII від 25.12.2015 р., істотні умови договору про закупівлю не можуть змінюватись після його підписання до виконання зобов’язань сторонами в повному обсязі, крім випадку зміни ціни за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 % у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі.
