"3.2. Ціна газу становить 10 709,70 грн. за 1000 куб. м., крім того ПДВ -2141,94 грн., всього з ПДВ - 12851,64 грн. (дванадцять тисяч вісімсот п*ятдесят одна гривня 64 копійки)."
2. Решта умов договору залишається незмінною і обов*язковою для виконання Сторонами.
3. Дана додаткова угода набуває чинності з дати її підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін. Сторонами досягнуто згоди, що в силу положень ч. 3 ст. 631 Цивільного кодексу України, умови Додаткової угоди застосовуються між Сторонами, а саме: з 01.вересня 2018 року.
