Відповідно до частини 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі у 2018 році на 20 % від загальної суми договору та збільшити суму договору 76732,87 грн. з ПДВ. Загальна сума договору складається із місячних сум вартості газу поставленого Споживачеві за даним Договором. Загальна вартість договору становить 460397,00 грн.
