Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити ціну Договору на 199 998,76грн (Сто дев’яносто дев’ять тисяч дев’ятсот дев’яносто вісім гривень 76коп.) в тому числі ПДВ 20%-33 333,13грн, відповідно зменшити обсяг постачання електричної енергії на 40 577 кВт/год. Загальна сума цього Договору становить 2 156 003,13 грн. (Два мільйони сто п’ятдесят шість тисяч три гривні 13 копійок) в тому числі ПДВ 20% - 359 333,86грн. , а обсяг постачання електричної енергії: 437 423 кВт/год.

Сторони погодили збільшення загальної суми Договору на суму поставки до 31.05.2023р. на 431 197,61 грн. в т.ч. ПДВ 20%-71866,27 грн., що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в початковому Договорі про закупівлю.
