1. На підставі п. 1 частини четвертої статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п. 11.7 Договору, відповідно до п. 11.6 Договору Сторони домовились:
1.1. Викласти в новій редакції п. 3.1 Договору:
«3.1. Ціна цього Договору є звичайною і становить 26 599 502,20 грн. (двадцять шiсть мiльйонiв п’ятсот дев’яносто дев’ять тисяч п’ятсот двi грн. 20 коп.), крім того ПДВ – 5 319 900,44 грн. (п’ять мiльйонiв триста дев’ятнадцять тисяч дев’ятсот грн. 44 коп.), всього ціна Договору з ПДВ 31 919 402,64 грн. (тридцять один мiльйон дев’ятсот дев’ятнадцять тисяч чотириста двi грн. 64 коп.).».
1.2. Додаток № 1 до Договору «Перелік та ціна послуг з охорони об’єктів» викласти у новій редакції, що додається.

1. На підставі п. 1 частини четвертої статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п. 11.7 Договору, відповідно до п. 11.6 Договору Сторони домовились:
1.1. Викласти в новій редакції п. 3.1 Договору:
«3.1. Ціна цього Договору є звичайною і становить 26 085 103,00 грн. (двадцять шiсть мiльйонiв вісімдесят п’ять тисяч сто три грн. 00 коп.), крім того ПДВ – 5 217 020,60 грн. (п’ять мiльйонiв двісті сімнадцять тисяч двадцять грн. 60 коп.), всього ціна Договору з ПДВ 31 302 123,60 грн. (тридцять один мiльйон триста дві тисячі сто двадцять три грн. 60 коп.).».
1.2. Додаток № 1 до Договору «Перелік та ціна послуг з охорони об’єктів» викласти у новій редакції, що додається.
