В зв`язку з неможливістю зібрання вихідних даних в повному обсязі та проведення громадських слухань, враховуючи заходи запроваджені постановами КМУ від 16.03.2020 р. № 215, від 25.03.2020 р. № 239, від 22.04.2020р. № 291, від 11 березня 2020 р. № 211 "Про запобігання поширенню на території України гострої респіраторної хвороби COVID-19, спричиненої коронавірусом SARS-CoV-2" виникла необхідність укласти додаткову угоду про зміну строків завершення робіт поетапно та послуги вцілому.
