Постачальник та Споживач прийшли до згоди змінити нижче вказані умови договору, виклавши їх у наступній редакції :
«2.1. Ціна за 1000,0 кубічних метрів газу на момент укладення даного Договору без врахування ПДВ складає 7767,200 грн.,крім того ПДВ – 1553,44 грн. Разом 9320,64 грн.
2.1.1. Ціна за 1000,0 кубічних метрів газу визначена в день акцепту тендерної пропозиції у відповідності з рішенням тендерного комітету Казанківської виправної колонії № 93 від 14.12.2017 року № 101 та не може збільшуватись більш на 10 відсотків від ціни, зазначеної в договорі, у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку за умови, що зазначена зміна на призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі.»
