Сторони дійшли згоди доповнити розділ 3 «Ціна договору» Договору № 97 від 10.07.2019р. пунктом 3.5, виклавши його в наступній редакції:
«3.5. Фінансування на придбання товару, зазначеного в розділі 1 «Предмет договору», в сумі З 267 000.00 грн. 00 коп. (три мільйони двісті шістдесят сім тисяч гривень 00 коп) без ПДВ, крім того ПДВ 20% - 653 400 грн. 00 коп. (шістсот п’ятдесят три тисячі чотириста грн. 00 коп.), разом ціна Договору становить 3 920 400 грн. 00 коп. (гри мільйони дев’ятсот двадцять тисяч чотириста гривень 00 коп.) з ПДВ. здійснюється в межах бюджетних призначень, передбачених на придбання даних товарів у 2020 р.»
Ця додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту підписання та діє до 31.12.2020 року.
