Відповідно до ч.5 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" продовжити строк дії Договору на час достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі, а саме на строк з 01.01.2018р. до 31.01.2018р. Ціна за цією додатковою угодою становить 27275 грн. 00 коп. (двадцять сім тисяч двісті сімдесят п"ять грн. 00 коп.), що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної у договорі № 44/862 від 07.02.2017р., якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено у встановленому порядку.
