Керуючись п. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», п. 10.3 Договору Сторони прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2021 оку, та викласти п. 9.1 Договору у наступній редакції:
«9.1. Договір набирає чинності з дня підписання Сторонами і діє до 28.02.2021 року, але у будь-якому разі до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань.»
Інші умови Договору залишаються без змін.

Note:
Керуючись ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони прийшли до згоди збільшити загальну вартість договору в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми визначеної в Договорі, а саме на 588,26 грн., у тому числі ПДВ 98,04 грн., та викласти п. 3.1., п. 3.4 Договору у новій редакції. Після внесених змін загальний обсяг перевезень становить 33,15 куб.м; загальна суму Договору становить 3 823,80 грн., у тому числі ПДВ 637, 30 грн.
