Внести зміни до п.п.2.2. п.2 та п.п. 5.1. п.5. встановивши обсяг споживання електричної енергії у 2023 році 344 443 кВт/год. на суму 657 371,23 (шістсот п'ятдесят сім тисяч триста сімдесят одна гривня 23 коп.) з ПДВ.

Керуючись ст.651, 653, 654 ЦК України та п.5 ч.5 ст.41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі", Сторони домовились збільшити суму Договору на 228703,26 грн. В звязку з чим п.5.1. розділу 5 Договору від викласти в такій редакції: Ціною цього Договору є вартість послуг з розподілу (передачі) електричної енергії на 2023 рік, яка становить 849074,49 грн. з ПДВ.
