Відповідно до п.2 частини 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» в зв’язку з коливанням ціни на ринку на нафту і дистиляти, код ДК 021:2015 -09130000-9, (бензин А-95; бензин А-92, дизельне паливо), Сторони погодились внести зміни до Договору та змінити ціну за одиницю товару:
Ціна за Товар кожного виду визначається з урахуванням ринкових цін на нафтопродукти на день їх передачі Замовнику, але не може бути вищою за ціни: бензин А-95 – 19,53 грн.; бензин А-92 – 18,48 грн.; дизельне паливо – 18,48 грн
