Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору Підряду №211-18 від 02.11.2018 р. згідно п.5 ч.5 ст 41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі",а саме узгодження зміни ціни в бік зменшення(без зміни кількості(обсягу) та якості товарів, робіт і послуг)та викласти п.3.1 в новій редакції, у звізку із зменшенням договірної ціни на суму 16603,96грн.
2.Враховуючи порядок фінансування робіт,сторони дійшли згоди"Календарний графік виконання робіт",який є додатком №2 до Договору,та "План фінансування"-Додаток3,викласти в новій редакції.
