На підставі підпункту 4 пункту 19 Особливостей, яким передбачено можливість змінити істотні умови договору про закупівлю після його підписання та до виконання зобов’язань сторонами в повному обсязі у випадку продовження строку дії договору про закупівлю та/або строку виконання зобов'язань щодо передачі товару, виконання робіт, надання послуг у разі виникнення документально підтверджених об'єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, у тому числі обставин непереборної сили, затримки фінансування витрат замовника, за умови, що такі зміни не призведуть до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю, умов Договору , а саме п.5.4 та п.п.3, 4 п. 13.5, відповідно до експертного звіту № 0058-26Е від 23.03.2026 року, Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди продовжити строк виконання робіт до 31.07.2026 року. Ця зміна не призводить до збільшення загальної суми за Договором
