Сторони домовились
зменшити суму договору на 23,28 грн.

Керуючись н. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пунктами 10.1., 10.2 Договору Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару - хека свіжомороженого та оселедця свіжомороженого , не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у зв’язку із коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку, що підтверджується довідкою ГУ Статистики у Рівненській області. Сторони домовились зменшити суму договору на 44,51 грн.
