1. Відповідно до ст. 36 п.4/1 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015 № 922 зменшити ,431113,00 грн. та викласти в наступній редакції п.3.6 розділу ІІІ "Ціна постачання природного газу": "Загальна сума договору складається із місячних сум вартості газу поставленого Споживачеві за даним Договором і становить 664574,90 грн. у т.ч. ПДВ - 20% - 110762,49 грн. у тому числі за рахунок кошторисних призначень 660080,40 грн. та за рахунок відшкодування орендаря 4494,50 грн.

Відповідно до ст.36 п.4/1 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII зменшити суму Договору на 18343,00 грн. та викласти в наступній редакції пункт 3.6. розділу ІІІ "Ціна постачання природного газу": "Загальна сума Договору складається із місячних сум вартості газу поставленого Споживачеві за даним Договором і становить 646231,90 у т.ч. ПДВ 20% - 107705,32 грн. у тому числі за рахунок кошторисних призначень 641737,40 грн. та за рахунок відшкодування орендаря 4494,50 грн."
