Відповідно до п.7 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», а саме зміни встановленого згідно із законодавством регульованих цін (тарифів) і нормативів, які застосовуються в договорі про закупівлю, зокрема зміною тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії відповідно до постанови НКРЕКП № 1329 від 11.07.2020, що не залежить від волевиявлення Постачальника, Сторони домовились укласти додаткову угоду до Договору про постачання електричної енергії споживачу № 45/19 від 27.11.2019р.
