1.Сторони . керуючись п.5ч.2 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі",умовамип 3.3 Договору ,у зв'язку з коливанням ціни на ринку . домовились змінити ціну за одиницю товару без збільшенння Суми Договору та викласти Специфікацію до Договору в новій редакції ( Додаток № 1) 2.Сторони домовились змінити обсяг закупівлі з 810 кг на 748,93 кг ,та викласти п.1.3.Договору в наступній редакції "Обсяг закупівлі складає 748,93 кг, Обсяги закупівлі можуть бути зменшено залежно від реальнтх фінансових видатків".

Сторони домовились змінити обсяг закупівлі з 642 кг. на 566 кг., та викласти п.1.3 Договору в наступній редакції: «1.3 Обсяг закупівлі складає 566 кг. Обсяги закупівлі можуть бути зменшені залежно від реальних фінансових видатків.» 3. Внести зміни в Додаток 1 Специфікація до договору № 27 від 04.02.2020р. та викласти її у новій редакції 4. Інші умови вищевказаного договору залишаються незмінними і сторони підтверджують по ним свої зобов’язання.
