Note:
1. Керуючись п.1 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Договору №68 від 09.03.2022 р. на закупівлю за кодом ДК021:2015:15540000-5 «СИРНІ ПРОДУКТИ» (Сир кисломолочний не менше 9%), КЕКВ 2230, Сторони дійшли згоди щодо зменшення обсягів товару, а саме:
- Сир кисломолочний не менше 9%– на 40,0000 кг до 1760,000 кг..
Сторони домовились зменшити суму договору на 4272,00 грн. (чотири тисячі двісті сімдесят дві грн. 00 коп.) з ПДВ.
2. Викласти пункт 3.2. Договору в наступній редакції: «3.2. Загальна ціна Договору визначена згідно з Додатком 1 до Договору (Специфікація) та становить 187968 грн. 00 коп. (сто вісімдесят сім тисяч дев’ятсот шістдесят вісім грн. 00 коп.) з ПДВ.».
3. Викласти пункт 1.4. Договору №68 від 09.03.2022 р. в наступній редакції: «1.4. Кількість товару : Сир кисломолочний не менше 9% – на 1760,000 кг.».
