Відповідно до п. 4.6 Договору, листа Замовника від 05.03.2025 №07-11/209-1 та листа Підрядника від 03.04.2025 року №07 з метою приведення документів до відповідності виконаних робіт, Сторони керуючись ч.1 ст. 651 ЦК України погодилися змінити ціну Договору в бік зменшення та внести зміни в Додаток №1 «Договірна ціна; локальний кошторис; підсумкова відомість ресурсів» та в Додаток №2 «Дефектний акт» до Договору, виклавши їх в новій редакції у формі додатку до Додаткової угоди.
