Згідно до п.5 ст.36 Закону України від 25.12.2015 N922-VIII «Про публічні закупівлі» та пункту 8.3 Договору про закупівлю послуг централізованого водовідведення від 08.05.2018р. №98/18с, (далі – Договір) «Дія цього Договору може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку», Сторони домовились внести зміни до п.8.1 розділу 8 «Строк дії договору» від 08.05.2018р. №98/18с, а саме:
Цей Договір набуває чинності з дати підписання та діє до 31.03.2019 року, але в будь-якому випадку, в частині розрахунків за отримані послуги з водовідведення цей Договір діє до повного погашення заборгованості за ним.

«Сума 20% від суми, визначеної в договорі, складає 197 316 грн. 00 коп. (сто дев’яносто сім тисяч триста шістнадцять гривень 00 копійок), з урахуванням ПДВ»
