Сторони домовилися п. 10.1 Договору викласти в такій редакції: «Договір набуває чинності з дати його підписання Сторонами або їх уповноваженими представниками і скріплення печатками Сторін та діє до 31.01.2021 року, у інших випадках до поновного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань по Договору».
