У зв’язку із непрогнозованим та несистемним та різким підвищенням закупівельних цін на всі види органічного палива в Україні , що підтверджується висновком ТПП (м. Запоріжжя) № ОИ-7440 від 29.03.2021 р. (інформація станом на 26.03.2021 р.) керуючись абз. 2 п. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» погодилися внести зміни до Договору про наступне: 1. П. 1.3. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: « Кількість літрів всього: 45469 . В тому числі : Бензин А-95 – 31 829 літрів, дизельне пальне – 13 640 літрів.» 2. П.3.1 Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «Загальна ціна Договору становить: 1 234 484,12 (один мільйон двісті тридцять чотири тисячі чотириста вісімдесят чотири ) грн. 12 коп. в томі числі ПДВ - 205 747,35 грн.» 3. П. 3.3 викласти в новій редакції
