Note:
Сторони продовжили строк дії Договору №1-К-ТН від 16.03.2017р. до 31.12.2019р. і виклали п. 8.1. в наступній редакції: «8.1. Договір вступає в силу з моменту підписання його тексту та усіх додатків і діє до 31.12.2019р. або до моменту повного виконання сторонами своїх зобов’язань». Сторони визначили фінансування на 2019 рік та внесли зміни в Договір № 1-К-ТН від 16.03.17 року, виклавши пункт 2.1 в наступній редакції: «2.1. Загальна вартість робіт складає 67,61438 тис. грн. (Шістдесят сім тисяч шістсот чотирнадцять грн. 38 коп.), без ПДВ: - вартість робіт, виконаних у 2017р. складає 33 918,20 грн. (Тридцять три тисячі дев’ятсот вісімнадцять грн. 20 коп.) без ПДВ. - вартість робіт, виконаних у 2018 році, складає 1 413,90 грн (тисяча чотириста тринадцять грн., 90 коп.) без ПДВ. - вартість робіт, що підлягають виконанню у 2019 році, складає 32 282,28 грн (Тридцять дві тисячі двісті вісімдесят дві грн., 28 коп.) без ПДВ.»
