1. На дату укладення цієї додаткової угоди кошторисні зобов’язання по Договору №149 від 01 березня 2021 року виникають в межах кошторисних призначень у сумі 130 000,00 грн. (сто тридцять тисяч гривень 00 копійок) без ПДВ. 2. Загальна сума Договору №149 від 01 березня 2021 року становить 241 960,00 грн.( Двісті сорок одна тисяча дев’ятсот шістдесят гривень,00 копійок) без ПДВ. 3. Подальше взяття зобов'язань по даному договору буде змінюватись по мірі змін кошторисних призначень та регламентуватись шляхом укладення додаткових угод. 4. Укладення цієї угоди не є підставою для відмови від зобов'язань, визначених Договором №149 від 01 березня 2021 року. 5. Всі інші умови Договору №149 від 01 березня 2021 року залишаються без змін. 6. Дана додаткова угода набирає чинності з дня її підписання сторонами і діє до 31.12.2021 року. Дана угода являється невід'ємною частиною Договору №149 від 01 березня 2021 року. 7. Дану додаткову угоду укладено в двох примірниках, що мають однакову юридичну силу, один з яких знаходиться у Замовника, а один у Виконавця.
