1.Договір №38/717 від 20.10.2021р. вважати розірваним в частині постачання електроенергії з «14 » грудня 2021 року, а в частині розрахунків Договір діє до повного їх завершення.
2. Зменшення суму Договору на 291,75 грн.(двісті дев’яносто одна грн.75 коп)., у зв’язку з чим викласти п. 4.1. Договору, в наступній редакції: «4.1.Загальна вартість цього Договору становить 66706,95 грн. (шістдесят шість тисяч сімсот шість грн. 95 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ 11117,82 грн.».
