Ушакова, 14/1 в м. Херсоні) становить 4 158 785,00 грн., крім того ПДВ - 831 757,00 грн. Загальна вартість робіт складає 4 990 542,00 (чотири мільйони дев’ятсот дев’яносто тисяч п’ятсот сорок дві) грн. 00 коп., у тому числі:
на 2020 рік вартість робіт складає 3 700 000,00 грн (три мільйони сімсот тисяч грн, 00 коп), крім того ПДВ – 616 666,67 грн;
на 2021 рік вартість робіт складає 1 290 542,00 (один мільйон двісті дев’яносто тисяч п’ятсот сорок дві грн,00 коп), крім того ПДВ – 215 090,33 грн.
