1. На підставі ст.188 Господарського кодексу України, пункту 3 частини 5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та абзацу 3 пункту 12.4, пункту 12.5 Договору № 2025/25 від 05.02.2021 (далі - Договір) Сторони вирішили внести зміни:
• до пункту 5.2. Розділу 5 Договору та викласти його у новій редакції:
«5.2. Джерело фінансування – кошти підприємства. За наявності фінансової можливості не виключається здійснення попередньої оплати в розмірі не більше 70% від вартості Товару».
2. Сума договору після внесення змін: 3 879 300,00 грн з ПДВ.
3. Зазначені зміни вважаються дійсними після їх підписання представниками обох Сторін.
4. Інші умови договору залишаються без змін.
