Note:
Продовження строку дії договору про закупівлю та строку виконання зобов’язань щодо передачі товару у разі виникнення документально підтверджених об’єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, а саме про внесення змін до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 19 липня 2022 року №812 затвердженою постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 30 березня 2023 року №277. Термін дії угоди - 30.04.2023 р. Зменшено обсяг до 13,5 тис . м. куб. Вартість договору становить 223 477,51 грн з ПДВ. Угода отримана 10.04.2023 року та зареєстрована в реєстрі вхідної документації за номером 32 від 10.04.2023 року. У зв’язку з викладеним вище, у Замовника була відсутня можливість оприлюднити Додаткову угоду №1 від 31.03.2023 року в електронній системі закупівель, у строки, передбачений Законом з урахуванням Особливостей, по незалежним від уповноваженої особи причинам.
