1. У зв'язку зі змінами фактичного обсягу видатків Покупця, сторони домовилися зменшити обсяги закупівлі та зменшити суму Договору на 21750,00грн., у т.ч. ПДВ - 3625,00грн. 2. У зв'язку із коливанням ціни товару на ринку, згідно п.2 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015р. зі змінами, сторони домовилися стосовно збільшення ціни за одиницю товару до 10 відсотків пропорційно збільшенню ціни такого товару на ринку, без збільшення суми, визначеної в Договорі про закупівлю та внести відповідні зміни в Договір
