З метою покращення якості предмета закупівлі Сторони прийшли до взаємної згоди пункт 3.1 Договору доповнити реченням та викласти в наступній редакції: «Договірна ціна робіт визначається на основі твердого кошторису, що є невід'ємною частиною Договору, і складає: 974 668 грн. 60 коп. (дев’ятсот сімдесят чотири тисячі шістсот шістдесят вісім грн. 60 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ 162 444,77 грн., з них 589 590 грн. 18 коп. – сума профінансована у 2016 році , 385 078 грн. 42 коп. – бюджетні призначення на 2017 рік».
