У разі коливання цін на ринку нафтопродуктів, ціна замовленої партії Товару повинна бути підтверджена або змінена на підставі довідки Торгово-промислової палати, яка діє на території Харківської області.
Зобов'язання отримання довідки про ціни, що діють у дрібному гурті покладається на Покупця. Отримана довідка надається Покупцем Постачальнику.
