У зв'язку із затримкою фінансування Замовника та керуючись п. 4 частини п’ятої статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", Сторони домовились продовжити строк виконання робіт, у зв'язку з цим. Внести зміни до Договору такого змісту:
1. Пункт 6.2. Договору викласти в такій редакції: "Строк розробки документації до 31.12.2021р. В строк розробки проекту включається строк погодження документації з уповноваженими органами державної влади та місцевого самоврядування у випадках необхідності такого погодження.".
