Керуючись статтею 651 Цивiльного кодексу Украiни, статтею 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупiвлi», пунктами З.2, 13.1 Договору №1085 вiд 03.12.2018р. (далі - Договiр), Сторони уклали цю Додаткову угоду (надалi - Додаткова угода) про наступне:
l. Зменшити цiну Договору по об’єкту «Капітальний ремонт елементів благоустрою та розчистка водойми зони відпочинку «Чорторий»» до розмiру фактично виконаних робiт що становить 22 979 715,00 грн. (двадцять два мiльйони дев'ятсот сiмдесят дев'ять тисяч сімсот п'ятнадцять гривень 00 копiйок) в тому числi ПДВ 20% - 3 829 952,50 грн. (три мільйони вісімсот двадцять дев’ять тисяч дев’ятсот п’ятдесят дві гривні 50коп.), викласти пункт 3.1. Договору у настyпнiй редакцiї: «3.1. Ціна цього договору є твердою та становить 22 979 715,00 грн. (двадцять два мiльйони дев'ятсот сiмдесят дев'ять тисяч сімсот п'ятнадцять гривень 00 копiйок) в тому числi ПДВ 20% - 3 829 952,50 грн. (три мільйони вісімсот двадцять дев’ять тисяч дев’ятсот п’ятдесят дві гривні 50коп.) згiдно договiрної цiни, яка є невід’ємним додатком до Договору».
2. Додаток №1 «Договірна ціна» викласти у новiй редакцii, що додається до цієї Додаткової угоди та її невід’ємною частиною.
