У відповідності до п. 7 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" (зі змінами) та Постанови національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг № 2454 від 01.12.2021 "Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії НЕК ""УКРЕНЕРГО" на 2022 рік".
У зв'язку з відсутністю можливості зменшити кВт/год на підставі обраного пункту, а саме: п. 7 ч. 5. ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", додатково ставимо галочку у п.1 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" для зменшення кВт/год відповідно до ДУ №2 від 16.02.2022.
