Сторони домовились, що умови даного договору застосовуються до відносин, які виникли з 01.01.2021 на підставі ч.3 ст. 631 Цивільного кодексу України. Ця угода вважається укладеною і набирає чинності з моменту її підписання сторонами та є невід’ємною частиною Договору від 08. 26.01.2021 року № 193/43/23/Д-2021.
