У зв’язку з фактичним зменшенням обсягів споживання електричної енергії у 2026 році, що підтверджується даними комерційного обліку та аналізом фактичних видатків Замовника, виникла необхідність у коригуванні обсягів закупівлі.
Фактичне споживання електричної енергії є нижчим від запланованого, що призвело до недоосвоєння передбачених коштів. Відповідно, з метою приведення умов договору у відповідність до реального обсягу споживання та фактичного фінансування, Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити обсяги закупівлі електричної енергії та, відповідно, загальну суму договору.
