Відповідно до п. 4 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» продовжити строк виконання зобов’язань щодо надання послуг у зв’яку з виникненням об’єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження – відсутністю доступу до кабельних каналізацій електрозв’язку ПАТ «Укртелеком», що унеможливило прокладання волоконно-оптичного кабелю кабельними каналізаціями електрозв’язку ПАТ «Укртелеком» у строки передбачені Договором, при цьому таке продовження строку не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі.
